    Three-phase power supply
    Standard executions 50Hz 220-230/380-400V; 60Hz 220-240/440-480V (for EVR-EVS series 50Hz 380-400V; 60Hz 440-480V). Special voltages available upon request.

    2 poles 3000 rpm – 50Hz
    3600 rpm – 60Hz    		 (BMF sizes from 00 to 04; BMF-ST)
    4 poles 1500 rpm – 50Hz

    Duty
    Continuous service at maximum centrifugal force (S1), with the possibility of adjusting the force (BMF00÷04) from 0 to 100% by following the specific reference plate present on the eccentric weights (for the series/models supplied by OMB complete with weights ).

    Electric motor
    Electric motor made with low-loss silicon magnetic steel laminations, which allow to increase its efficiency by limiting its heating. Starting torques and high powers.

    Insulation class
    F standard, H upon request.

    Tropicalization
    Impregnation of the winding made with the ASTM method, with class H polyester resin.

    Ambient temperature
    -20°C to +40°C (-4°F/104°F).

    Overheating protection
    Electric motor protection by means of thermistor (PTC at 130°C) as standard for size 50 and 70 (available on request for smaller sizes).

    Motor shaft
    Shafts in NiCrMo alloyed steel, with hardening and tempering treatment.

    Main Body
    Mechanical structure designed to withstand high stresses, built in cast iron (starting from size 03) or high resistance aluminum (up to size 02).

    Painting
    Epoxy-polyester electrostatic powder coating, polymerized in the oven. RAL 5010 blue colour.

    Bearings and lubrication
    Bearings with high load capacity, in special executions to resist the stresses of high centrifugal forces and vibrations, oversized to ensure maximum reliability in vertical use. Lubrication with Long-Life grease. Low friction mechanical seals to guarantee perfect protection, without overheating and without energy absorption, remaining effective over time. Some models as standard, and others on request, are equipped with a double channel bearing holder to ensure that the re-lubrication grease always enters from the upper side of the bearing.

    Anti-condensation heaters
    Mass protection covers, on the side opposite the flange, on all BMF and BMF-C 15÷70 models.

OMB manufactures a wide range of vibrating motors with flange mounting, covering all the applications needs on vibrating equipments for screening, finishing, drying and other processes that use vibrating motors with this fixing system.
